Prepare To Bare

It’s every girl’s desire to have the perfect skin & no matter how hard we try, thanks to the crazy weather & high scale of pollution, having the best skin is a tough job. However, with growing awareness on skin care problems & rise in skin care products available in the market, it is practically impossible to judge what suits your skin the best & while trial & error serves as your best skin care guide, it is certainly not the best idea always to experiment with multiple products.

Besides, my growing inclination towards all things natural & healthy have made me more positive about taking the natural route. While there is no denying that some of the products available in the market work like magic portions for your skin, but there are just few simple health & habit changes you need to make to work towards getting a healthy, glowing skin.

As much as keeping your skin clean from the outside is important, deep cleansing your skin from within is equally essential. If you ask me, given a chance I’d stay bare faced at all points but given my profession, I’m required to wear makeup at all points. However, I try to keep my skin clean at all points – externally as well as internally. Drinking green tea at least a minimum of 4-5 cups a day is a habit I have cultivated within me through the years & I must admit it works amazingly well for me.

Fruits & Vegetables rich in Vitamin C are the best supplements for your skin. Include Oranges, Tomatoes, Papayas, Carrots, Cucumber, Lime in your meals. Drinking 8 or more glasses of water certainly helps & it is always great if you cut your lactose intake & replace it with either almond or soya milk. Reduce your intake of oily and junk food & make sure you step out of your house only after you have had a good, healthy breakfast loaded with some pumpkin seeds & avocado. You can thank me later 😛
